HKU-CTC puts quality management on a very high priority and therefore has established a robust quality assurance scheme based on the concepts of total quality management (TQM). Accreditations/recognitions are also sorted from regulatory authorities or reputable organizations as additional quality assurance for selected business.
HKU-CTC welcomes third party audits or regulatory inspections. It enforces a quality improvement mechanism that mandates proper follow-up of each audit/inspection and facilitates continuous quality improvement.
